Directions
*Green Chutney*
Grind Coriander, Green chillies, Ginger and garlic to a thick paste. Add a little olive oil or water if required.
To cook:
Marinate prawns in green chutney. Wrap 2 or 3 at a time in tumeric leaves.
Oil a pan. Place tumeric leaves on a pan. Place prawns wrapped in turmeric leaves on the leaves placed in the pan.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame, until the masala is cooked
