¾ cup flour
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon rum
Directions
Mix flour and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add melted butter.
Add milk, vanilla, and alcohol. Mix until smooth. May need to immersion blend
Cook in a lightly buttered pan
