Mushroom Turnovers

8oz cream cheese
1/2 pound butter
2 1/4 cups flour
Filling
3 tablespoons butter
1 large onion chopped
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup cream
Directions
Sauté mushrooms and onion 3 minutes, add thyme and flour, then add cream.
Stir until thickened. Cool.
Mix pastry ingredients in a food processor until they come together, knead gently 2-3 times . Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours (or freezer for 30 minutes)
Roll out pastry, cut into rounds. Fill, crimp with fork. Bake at 180C 20 minutes. If you like, you can paint them with a bit of milk so they brown.
