Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

3 Tbsp Butter, Melted

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Cup Sesame Crackers, Crushed

1 tsp Ginger, Ground

1/4 tsp Salt

1 Pounds Chicken, Boneless, Cut Into Thin Strips

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the butter and soy sauce. In another bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, ginger and salt.

2. Dip chicken strips in butter mixture then roll in crumbs until coated on all sides.

3. Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until juice runs clear.
