Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole

4 Whole Large Eggs
1 1/2 C. Fat Free Half & Half
1 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
Pinch of Nutmeg
Salt & Pepper to Taste
6 C. Stale Cubed French Bread
9 Oz. Ham
1 1/2 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of an 8x8" or 9x9" baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the 4 eggs, 1 1/2 C. half & half, 1 1/2 Tsp. dijon, nutmeg and salt & pepper to taste.
Stir in the 6 C. bread to coat evenly.
Fold in the 9 Oz. ham 1 1/2 C. of the swiss cheese.
Pour the mixture out into the prepared baking dish.
Place in the oven to bake for about 40 minutes or until the edges are browning and the cheese has melted.
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving to enjoy with a side of raspberry preserves!
