Ingredients

• 2 lbs chicken tenderloins

• I large yellow onion, sliced

• I green bell pepper, sliced

• I red bell pepper, sliced

• 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

• 6 oz can tomato paste

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 ½ tsps Italian seasoning

• salt and pepper to taste

• 16 oz pkg favorite pasta, cooked

• grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

I. Place chicken in slow cooker.

2. Add sliced onions, green and red peppers on top of chicken.

3. In a small bowl, mix together crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour tomato mixture over chicken and veggies.

4. Cover and cook on low 7 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

5. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
