Cocktail Meat Balls

1/2 pound ground beef (grind 3 times)
1/4 pound ground veal (grind 3 times)
1/4 pound ground pork (grind 3 times)
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons onions (sautéed)
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed beef consommé
Directions
PREHEAT:Bake to 325. Put casserole and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
1. Saute onion , cool and put in small bowl mix in rest of the ingredients and mix together
2 Form into small balls. Brown in some fat.
