Grandma’s Prawn Curry

1 coconut extract thick and thin juice
6 red chillis
5 tsp of coriander seeds
1 tsp peppercorns
1 1/2 tsp jeera
7 big flakes of garlic
1 1/2 inch ginger
1 and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 small ball of tamarind
3 onions cut finely
Directions
Grind all ingredients except coconut milk to a paste.
Sauté onions, add masala and then thin milk. Bring to a boil.
Add. prawns and let them boil.
Lastly add thick juice and boil for five minutes.
Notes
the curry in the photo uses all Bastora (small) red chillies
It was slightly bitter. Vary quantity of coriander seeds and/or haldi powder.
