Nappa Salad

Nappa Chinese Cabbage shredded
6 green onions
8 T. toasted slivered almonds
8 T. toasted sesame seeds
2 packages Ramen Noodles
DRESSING
I cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 T. rice vinegar
4 T. sugar
Directions
• Toast Sesame seeds and al- monds.
8 T. toasted slivered almonds • Combine Nappa, onions, and crumbled ramen noodles and store in refrigerator for several hours. May be done the day be- fore.
• Pour salad dressing over the top at time of serving and sprinkle seeds and almonds on top.
