1 large pork shoulder/butt
Pepper and salt
2 Mexican coke bottles
1 Orange juice and some peels from same
1/2 can crushed tomatoes
1 jalapeno
3 crushed garlic cloves
3 large dried chiles
5 bay leaves
2 tbsp Mexican oregano
2 tsp cumin
Limes and tortillas to serve
Directions
Salt and pepper a dried off pork butt. Brown on all sides. Put in slow cooker with all other ingredients and add water until 2/3 pork covered. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Pull out, shred, blend up sauce bits with blender and add some back to moisten meat.
