Ingredients

1 stick butter

2 cups crushed graham crackers

12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

12 ounces butterscotch baking chips

14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup pecans (chopped)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt stick of butter in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over melted butter, mix and press evenly into pan.

Pour can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk over unbaked crust.

Sprinkle baking chips, coconut and pecans evenly over milk.

Bake for 20 minutes. The edges will be golden brown when the cookies are done.

Let cool before cutting.

Notes

The recipe calls for 1 stick of butter to mix with the graham cracker base. My experience is that 1 stick is not enough. I’ve increased it a bit but am thinking that 2 sticks is the target.

Also, I like to use a variety of sweets as toppings (white chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, heath bar chips, butterscotch chips, m&ms, coconut) in light amounts.

The chopped pecans on top balance the intense sweetness.
