Jerk Seasoning Recipe (5 Minutes!)

Ingredients

1 tbsp Onion powder

1 tbsp Garlic powder

8 tsp Sea salt

2 tsp Smoked paprika

2 tsp Cayenne pepper

2 tsp Black pepper

1 tsp Dried thyme

1 tsp Dried parsley

1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Nutmeg

1 tsp Allspice

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Directions

Stir all ingredients together.

Store in an airtight jar.

Use 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of meat, or 3/4 tablespoon per pound of seafood. (Serving size is 1/4 tablespoon because this is the amount of seasoning for 1/4 pound of meat, which is a typical serving.)
