Ingredients

1 Cup Mayonnaise

¼ Cup White Vinegar

2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard

2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

½ Teaspoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish (optional)

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, horseradish (if using), lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.

  • Pro Tip: This sauce is perfect for smoked or grilled chicken, but it also works great as a dip or sandwich spread! The prepared horseradish adds extra kick, but you can leave it out if you prefer a milder flavor.
