**STIR TOGETHER**
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
**CUT IN**
2/3 cup butter
**STIR IN**
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
**MIXIN**
2 egg yolks
1 cup milk
2 egg whites
**SPRINKLE OVER**
1 cup blueberries
Directions
PREHEAT: Bake to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 55-60 minutes
1. In a large bowl, stir together the flour and sugar.
2. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or a fork until pea-sized.
3. Measure out 3/4 cup of the mixture, and set aside.
4. Stir baking powder and salt into the remaining mixture.
5. Mix in the egg yolks and milk using an electric mixer on low speed for 3 minutes.
6. In a large glass or metal bowl, whip egg whites just until stiff peaks begin to form. Fold egg whites into the batter.
7. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
8. Sprinkle blueberries over the batter, and sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the top.
9 Bake until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the center.
