Crispy tofu:

Firm tofu (cut into squares)

Flour, egg, panko

Paprika, Garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Sauce;

Liver spread

Mayo

Calamansi/Lemon juice

Soy sauce

Liquid seasoning

Pepper

Directions

pretty forgiving recipe. Just taste and adjust as you go. no specific measurements. coat your tofu in your seasoned flour, eggs and panko and deep fry at 165C until crispy. set aside.

Make sauce by combining liver spread, mayo, calamansi, soy sauce, liquid seasoning and pepper.

Top tofu with sauce and chili oil of your choosing. Garnish with spring onions and enjoy!
