1 shot espresso
2 spoons of powdered sugar
1.5 cups heavy cream
Directions
In a plastic or glass bottle- combine chilled espresso shot with 2 spoons of sugar stirred in, with heavy cream. Shake until you hear a slapping sound not sloshing sound- will take a bit. Pipe out as dessert mousse or to top espresso martini.
