Water

  • 5 liters

Spices

  • 5 bay leaves

  • 360g sugar

  • 250g salt

  • 20g Rosemary

  • 20g Thyme

  • 20g Coriander seeds

  • 10g Black pepper

Vegetables (Equal parts)

  • Celery

  • Onion

  • Carrots

Directions

  1. Boil water

  2. Cut heat & mix in sugar + water

  3. Once they've dissolved add the rest of your spices

  4. Allow it to cool completely & strain the liquid.

  5. There you go, chicken brine
