Oven Fried Chicken

1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
I garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper
1 2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 cup dry bread or cracker crumbs
Directions
• Mix all ingredients together ex- cept chicken and crumbs. Dip chicken in mixture, then in crumbs, until covered. Arrange chicken pieces in greased pan. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 60 min- utes in preheated 350-degree
oven.
