Cream Biscuits

Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1½ cups heavy cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add cream, mix until dough forms. Turn onto floured surface, knead gently, and roll to about ½ inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter, place on parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for about 15 minutes until golden.

Notes

Use a pastry cutter to get small, uniform pieces when rolling out biscuits.
