total timeIngredients
2-3 medium to large ripe peaches (sliced)
1 8 ounce ball of burrata (served whole, or torn apart over sliced peaches)
1 small bundle of basil (around 10-12 leaves)
flakey salt and black pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
drizzle of balsamic vinegar to finish (optional)
Directions
Begin by washing your peaches. Cut them in half, and core out the pit, and then cut into quarters to get your slices. Place on a serving platter.
Add on your burrata to the platter, either as a ball itself, or tear it apart around the peaches. Up to you and your presentation style! Top with fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle on some olive oil, balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with flakey salt and black pepper. Serve as is, or top on toast, as a salad, on top of a protein, or served on a cheese board for entertaining!
