1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1/2 cup diced Swiss cheese
3 whipped eggs
1 pint light cream
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper, cayenne to
2"X 9" pastry shell, unbaked
Directions
• Saute onions and ham in butter, add bacon and diced sheese and spread evenly on bottom of pastry shell. Pour rest of ingredients on top of
• Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
• Serves 8 for lunch or 30 for cocktails
