Marinaded Flank Steak

2 flank steaks
Bacon
1 1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire
2 tbsp dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp coarse ground pepper
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dry parsley flakes
3 crushed garlic cloves
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions
Flatten and cut flank steak into 1 inch thick strips with the grain.
Roll flank steak into rounds , wrap with bacon. Use long tooth picks to secure.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over flank steak.
Marinade at least 12 hours
Grill to preferred doneness. Be careful of flare ups and overcooking.
