Chili Ramen Noodles

2 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp hot honey or 3/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp Gochugaru or Korean red chili flakes (if you don't have them try grinding up 1/2 -3/4 tsp of regular chili flakes + 1/2 tsp of paprika in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder for a similar heat & color payoff)
1 scallion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 cup Vegetable oil
5 oz cooked noodles
Directions
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, chili flakes, scallion, and garlic to a bowl. Heat the vegetable oil in a small pot until very hot. Carefully pour into the bowl. Stir to combine and add cooked noodles. Toss to coat in the sauce.
