Naan-Garlic

1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
½ tablespoon sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¾ tsp baking powder
¾ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup olive oil
8 garlic cloves, minced
Handful of cilantro, chopped
Directions
Combine water and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle the yeast over the top. Let rest for 10 minutes until foamy
After 10 minutes add the remaining ingredients to the yeast mixture and combined well. Need the dough for 8 to 10 minutes.
Move the dough to a flowered bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let rest for about an hour and a half or until doubled in size
Once risen separate into about 14 mini dough balls cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 15 min
Roll out dough on floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Then slightly stretch out the dough. Let rest another 10 minutes
Preheat cast iron to medium high heat. Do not use oil. Add stretched out dough to the pan and cook about 45 seconds on each side
