Directions
Rub Chicken
Saute half an onion, add ~tbsp of tomato paste, bloom some seasoning in oil if there are leftovers, remove tomato paste and seasoning mix and cook chicken until roughly done, add tomato paste and seasoning mix back in, add chilis, crushed tomato, oregano, and cans of water until chicken is mostly covered. Cook until chicken is ready to shred. Shred chicken and put back in sauce, removing chipotle chilis. Put in tortillas and cook. Serve with beans and rice and maybe a vegetable if you're feeling rich
