Fish Fry

5 Sardine
5 Shallots small
2 Green Chilly
5 Garlic Cloves
½ inch Ginger
1 tbsp Chilly Powder (half Kashmiri Preferred)
¾ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
¼ tsp Fennel Seeds
¼ tsp Fenugreek Powder
¾ tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Water
1 stem Curry Leaves
1 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Cooking Oil (½ Coconut Oil preferred)
Directions
Make a fine paste of all ingredients except sardines and cooking oil.
Marinate the fish with the paste and allow it to rest in fridge for at least 1 hours.
In a frying pan, add oil and fry sardines.
Fish fry ready to serve.
Notes
Allow sardine to fry side well before turn to other side.
