Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

2 cups scalded milk

1/2 cup sugar

2 T yeast

2 eggs

1/4 cup butter

2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup warm water

about 6-7 cups flour

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 cup cream

Directions

Pour hot milk over butter, sugar and salt. Soak yeast in water. Cool milk mixture. Add well-beaten eggs and yeast. Beat in enough flour to make a medium soft dough. Knead and let rise.

Roll dough into rectangle, spread with soft butter and sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon.

Roll & Cut.

Bring caramel to boil and pour boiling hot over rolls. Let rise 20 minutes and bake. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.

Notes

I use a 17 1/2 x 16 1/2 x 2 inch pan.
