Small German Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients

**CREAM**

1/2 cup butter

1 cup sugar

**ADD**

2 eggs

**BEAT IN**

1 teaspoon vanilla

**COMBINE**

180 grams AP flour (1 1/2 cups)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped pecans

**ADD**

1 cup sour cream

**STREUSEL**

3/8 cup sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

PRHEAT: Bake at 350 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.

1. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.

2. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda salt and pecans; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beating until blended.

3. Spoon a third of the batter into my small greased German pan.

4. Combine streusel ingredients; sprinkle a third over the batter. Repeat layers twice.
