Warm Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

2 boxes spinach (thawed & drained)

8 oz sour cream

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz parmesan cheese

8 oz Monterey Jack cheese

1 can artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)

1 med onion, chopped

1/2 c butter

Directions

Simmer onion & artichokes in butter, add cooked spinach. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish, bake 300 degrees for 30 minutes, serve with crackers.
