Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies

4 eggs
1 1/4 cups Dutch-process cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp espresso powder
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9x13 pan with butter.
Melt butter and combine in mixing bowl with sugar and cocoa powder. Mix in salt and baking powder. Add 4 eggs, mixing fast until incorporated. Add vanilla and espresso in water and continue to mix until fully incorporated.
Add flour and mix until almost fully incorporated. Add chocolate chips and mix until combined.
Spread batter into 9x13 pan, smooth out the top. Add more chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 28 to 32 minutes until edges are set and the middle looks moist but not raw (use toothpick to check).
