Sam’s Barbecue Chicken Breast

3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (or roughly 2lb worth)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)
seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc)
Directions
Begin preheating oven to 425°.
Cover a baking pan/tray with a layer of aluminum foil, for easier cleanup.
Flatten chicken breast to an even consistency.
Add seasonings to taste, then place it oven. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Remove tray from oven and lower oven temperature to 375°.
Lather chicken (top, sides) with HALF (1/4 cup) of the barbecue sauce. Return to oven, cook for 15 minutes.
Repeat previous step at the end of 15 minutes, cooking again.
*always make sure chicken is fully cooked before consumption. NO PINK.*
