Brown 2.5 lbs ground beef in large dutch oven, drain off fat
Return beef to large dutch oven and add:
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
4 C water
5 bay leaves
1 1.2 tsp vinegar
1 HEAPING tsp garlic powder
1 HEAPING tsp salt
1 HEAPING tsp allspice
1 HEAPING tsp cinnamon
4 TBSP chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Let simmer 4-6 hours.
Serve over cooked vermicelli, kidney beans, chopped onion and grated mellow ch
