Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana Soup

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork sausage

3/4 cup onion, diced

6 slices bacon, diced

1 1/4 tsp garlic, minced

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups kale, thinly sliced

3/4 cup whipping cream

Directions

Cook sausage in a large skillet and brown over medium heat. Drain and set aside. Place onion and bacon in the skillet and cook until onions are translucent. Place sausage, onions, bacon, and garlic in your crockpot with remaining ingredients (except kale and whipping cream). Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Add kale and whipping cream to crockpot and stir before serving.
