Rolled Cutout Cookies & Glaze

**PULSE:
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
384 grams (3 cups AP flour weighed )
2 sticks butter (room
temp)
**ADD:
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
**GLAZE**
2 cups confectioner sugar
2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup 1/2 & 1/2 or water
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
PRHEAT: (Convection ) to 350 degrees. Check. Bake for about 6 to 8 minutes. Rack 2 & 4
Use Food Processor
1.** PULSE: salt, baking powder, soda, and flour. ADD butter and Mix like pie dough-cutting butter into dry ingredients.
2.**ADD: combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add to flour mixture. Pulse until mixed
3. Roll out
4. Use 3 1/2 inch cookies cutter. Bake on multiple racks. Bake and frost with glaze.
Notes
(Use sugar cookie glaze)
(you could chill the dough if you don’t bake then right away, but then you need to warm to room temp, before rolling.) I did not chill the dough & it rolled out & worked great!!
