Ingredients

Cocktail

1.5oz Horseradish-Infused Vodka

0.75oz Verjus du Perigord

4oz tomato juice

2 drops Spicy Tincture

4 drops Saline Solution

Spicy Tincture

1/4 cup (2 ounces) vodka

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Horseradish-Infused Vodka

1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) vodka (such as Absolut Elyx)

1 1/2 ounces fresh horseradish, cut into 1/4-inch slices (about 1/3 cup)

Directions

Cocktail: Shake all cocktail ingredients and strain over ice. Garnish with tomato and celery

Spicy Tincture: Steep at room temp for 2 days and fine strain.

Horseradish Vodka: Steep and room temp for 2 hours and fine strain.

Clarified Tomato Juice: Blend 1 cup of tomato juice with 1 teaspoon of Agar-Agar powder. Rest at room temp for 30 min and strain.
