Grandma Dorothy’s Country Style Ribs

2 lbs boneless country style ribs
1 32oz bag or jar of sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 can French Onion Soup
Directions
Place meat in 9x13 baking dish. Add sauerkraut on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pour soup over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours covered. Uncover the last 30 minutes to brown.
