Garlic Butter Chicken Bites With Lemon & Parmasean With Ling

Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

3 tablespoons butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Juice of 1 lemon 8 oz linguine pasta

Directions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, heat 1 tablespoon of butter with the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the garlic butter mixture, followed by the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and parsley. Toss to coat, allowing the cheese to melt slightly.

Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
