NANCY’s Chicken Casserole

**8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked
**MELT**
1/2 cup butter
**ADD**
1/3 cup flour
**ADD**
1 cup milk or half & half
2 cups chicken broth (canned is ok)
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (4 ounce) can
mushrooms
small pimento
**COMBINE**
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
noodles
sauce
**TOP**
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
PREHEAT:Bake 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through and top is browned slightly.
1. Cook Noodles
2. Melt butter , then add flour and stir until smooth.
3. Gradually add milk or half & half and broth, then seasonings . mushrooms and pimento.
4. Combine chicken, cooked noodles, and prepared sauce.
5. Place in an un greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan and top with Parmesan cheese.
