Chicken breasts
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
Panag curry paste
Coconut milk
2 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs sugar
Directions
1. In a large saucepan with cooking oil add the bell peppers sliced
2. In a separate sauce pan heat the curry paste on medium heat.
3. Add peanut butter to the curry paste and mix
4. Add chicken to mix with curry/peanut butter and allow to cook through
5. Add coconut milk
6. Add sugar
7. Add peppers over the curry mixture
8. Serve over rice
