Deviled Eggs

12-18 eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise (to start)
1 tsp regular mustard (a squirt)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp celery salt (don't forget)
sprinkle of paprika (for serving)
touch of dill (for serving)
smoked salmon (for serving)
Directions
Boil the eggs until hard – heat the water to boil with eggs in pot, remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10 minutes. Immediately cool in cold water.
Peel the eggs, slice into halves and scoop out the yolks.
Place yolks, garlic, onion powder, and celery salt in Cuisinart. Pulse until powdery.
Transfer yolks to a mixing bowl. Add mayo and mustard and mix until fluffy. (Add additional mayo as needed). *Past use of Cuisinart to mix yolks with Mayo leads to separation of oil from mayo so avoid this.*
Stuff the eggs, sprinkle with paprika, dill, and finely chopped salmon. Chill and enjoy!
