Sour Cream Chicken

1 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders, Or breasts sliced into 1-1/2 inch wide strips
Salt and Pepper, To taste
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, Crumbled into small little bits
3 tablespoons Butter, Melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking dish with foil.
Lay the chicken pieces in the pan side by side. It's okay if they touch.
Sprinkle liberally with salt & pepper. then mix the sour cream with the onion and garlic powder and spread evenly across the top of the chicken.
Combine the Ritz cracker crumbs with the melted butter until evenly coated and then sprinkle across the top of the sour cream layer.
Bake for 25 - 35 mins, or until the Ritz cracker crumbs are golden and crisp, the juices run clear, and the internal cooking temp is 165°F.
