10 tomatillos
1 bunch of cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1 Serrano Chile without seeds
1/2 white onion
Directions
Wash and peel tomatillos
⁃Put pepper and tomatillos in pot and boil with water until soft
⁃Add tomatillos and pepper along with garlic, salt, and cilantro to a blender and blend until smooth
(onion, tomatillos, peppers and garlic can also be charred instead of boiled).
