2 cups cornmeal
3½ cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp + 2 tsp baking powder
2½ tsp salt
4 eggs
2½ cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup melted butter
Directions
Beat wet ingredients and add dry, just until blended. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 25-35 minutes.
Notes
Makes 2 loaves or 30+ muffins.
