Gumbo Pork Chops

6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
6 teaspoons prepared mustard
10 3/4 ounce can condensed chicken gumbo soup
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. • Trim fat off chops. Spray pan, preferably and non stick pan with non stick vegetable oil cooking spray.
• Heat pan over medium-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Place in 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
• Spread 1 teaspoon mustard over each chop to cover. Pour soup over all. Bake uncovered, about 1 hour. 6 servings
