6 Potatoes cut in small cubes
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Chilly Powder
1 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Oil
Water
Directions
In a pot, cook potatoes with turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt along with water till level of potatoes.
Boil until potatoes are cooked and then drain water.
In a pan, heat oil and fry cooked potatoes.
Once potatoes start getting crispy on sides, remove from heat.
Urullakizhangu Mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
