Roasted Green Beans Almondine

Ingredients

1 pound (454g) French haricots verts, trimmed

4 garlic cloves, minced 1/3 cup (28g) sliced almonds

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a medium bowl, toss the green beans with the garlic, sliced almonds, oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Spread the green beans out onto a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring once, until the beans are softened and slightly blistered.
