Ingredients

1½ cups flour

2 eggs

2 cups milk

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Dash of salt

Directions

Mix flour, salt, eggs, and oil. Slowly add 1½ cups milk to flour mixture. When mixture looks done, add remaining ½ cup of milk. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Stir before using. Spray pan with non-stick spray, cook crêpe on one side until golden, then flip.

Notes

Thin batter that works well with a non-stick pan or griddle.
