Salmon Broccoli Bowl

This isn’t a complicated recipe, we’re just chucking stuff in a bowl. Here’s how it’s done, to serve 2:
Directions
Salmon -
Mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup maple syrup, a drizzle of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic and pour over 2 salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 mins.
Cook 1 cup rice (according to package).
Steam 1 head of broccoli.
Microwave 1/2 cup frozen edamame & sprinkle with sea salt.
Quarter about half a cucumber.
If you like sriracha mayo, use that! If you don’t, mix 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon fish sauce or hoisin, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon powdered ginger, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
Grab your sushi ginger, sesame seeds, and green onion.
Compile. Eat. ☺️
