Low Calorie Hot Honey Ranch Sauce

Ingredients

¾ Cup Fat-Free Greek Yogurt

¼ Cup Fat-Free Sour Cream

Juice Of ½ Lemon

¼ Cup 1% Skim Milk

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes

½ Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Salt

½ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons Hot Honey

2 Tablespoons Sriracha Hot Honey

1 Tablespoon Of Any Hot Sauce

Fresh Herbs: ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley, 1 ½ Teaspoons Fresh Dill, And 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives.

Directions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, sour cream, and lemon juice.

  2. Mix in garlic powder, chili flakes, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stir in hot honey, sriracha hot honey, and hot sauce.

  4. Add milk gradually until desired consistency is reached (adjust as needed)

  5. Fold in parsley, dill, and chives.

  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Pro Tip: This is a low-calorie sauce, so if you’re not watching your calories, feel free to swap the yogurt and sour cream for mayo!
