5 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
20 Dry Red Chilly
3 Star Anise
2 ½ Inch Cinnamon Stick
2 tbsp Pepper Corns
½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Cloves
20 Cardamom
¾ tbsp Turmeric Powder
3 stem Curry Leaves
Directions
Roast each of them in low heat until it just starts to turn colour and peak of its raw aroma.
Once cool down, powder it in blender.
Masala is ready.
